Please note: Reiki Level 1 is a 2-day course, with both days required attendance from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm.

What you'll learn:

The core principles and philosophy of Reiki

The history and background of Reiki

How to give Reiki treatments to yourself, friends, family, and animals

Working with chakras to clear and realign energy

Important tools for energy healing

Reiki meditation practices

Throughout the course, there will be plenty of practical exercises, including paired work. You will receive four attunements that significantly enhance your energy flow, connecting you to the universal life force. Once completed, you'll receive an accredited certificate, confirming your initiation into Reiki 1st Degree.

This course provides a fundamental introduction to energy healing, setting the foundation for further study. After practicing for 1-2 months, you may choose to advance to Reiki Level 2, where you'll learn to become a Reiki practitioner and possibly offer paid treatments.

Both days are essential, running from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm on both days

Includes theory, practical exercises, and a Reiki 1 manual

Certificate awarded upon completion

About Reiki:

Reiki (pronounced Ray-key) is a Japanese word meaning Universal Life Energy — a natural healing system developed by Dr. Mikao Usui in 1922. Inspired by ancient teachings, Dr. Usui dedicated his life to practicing and teaching Reiki, which has since been passed down through a lineage of Reiki Masters. Today, it continues to be a powerful, accessible method for healing and personal growth.
