Reiki Healing with Fay

Tuesdays 5pm, Fridays 5pm, Mondays 1-4pm & Thursdays 1-4pm
What will happen during a Reiki treatment?
On your visit, you will be warmly greeted by me in our beautiful space. We will go through any questions you have, and any specific areas you would like healing on - Or you can leave it to me to intuitively pick up any areas I feel need a little extra love!
The room will be candle lit with healing frequency music playing throughout the treatment.
You will lie comfortably, fully clothed on the Reiki bed throughout the session. Many of my clients will go into a meditative, relaxed state. You may even fall asleep! This is no issue as the healing will still be sent throughout.
You do not have to do anything, other than relax and be comfortable.
I will gently placed my hands on (and) slightly above your body's energy centres, the energy will flow where there are blockages. This will stimulate your body's ability to self heal. The healing will not come from me direct as I am a vessel. I will be channelling Reiki.
I may pick up messages for you, which we will go over at the end of the session. You can of course speak to me throughout, or some like to enjoy and take in the experience and chat at the end about what they felt.
This can be an emotional experience for some, as you may feel tearful or overwhelmed which is completely normal and positive!
This is releasing emotions that no longer serve you.
This is a safe space for you to express freely.
