We’ve been overwhelmed with such beautiful feedback from our previous sessions — it truly warms our hearts to hear how much of a positive impact it’s had on those who’ve joined us. Many have shared how deeply relaxing and rejuvenating the experience has been, leaving them feeling refreshed and balanced long after the session.

Emma and I absolutely love creating this special space — a sanctuary where you can truly unwind, reconnect, and nurture your well-being. We’re delighted to be returning on Monday, 29th September, for another evening of pure relaxation and inner harmony.

This immersive experience combines guided meditation, sound healing, crystal healing, and Reiki — all set in a stunning, safe environment filled with beautiful crystals that add to the calming atmosphere. Plus, you will receive intense energy healing alongside the sound bath, amplifying the benefits and helping you release any blockages or stress.

All you need to do is lie back, relax, and allow the soothing sounds and energies to guide you into a deep state of calm. Many find it not only incredibly relaxing but also uplifting — leaving feeling energised, renewed, and beautifully refreshed.
