What is Reiki?

Reiki is a Japanese energy healing practice that supports the natural flow of life force energy in the body. Using hands-on or hands-near-the-body techniques, Reiki encourages deep relaxation, clears energetic blocks, and helps the nervous system shift into rest and repair. It’s a subtle yet powerful tool for emotional and energetic reset.
